Welcome to the City of Jersey City's Division of Affordable Housing

Our mission is to enforce the City’s regulations governing municipally mandated affordable units in order to preserve existing units, ensure that the creation of affordable units complies with State and City standards, analyze the City’s overall inventory of affordable housing, and advise City officials on ongoing and future housing policy needs.
