Welcome to the City of Jersey City’s Consolidated Affordable Housing Portal. This portal will help you search and apply for affordable units that are monitored by the Division of Affordable Housing (DOAH). The search function is easy to use and will allow you to find units that fit your household’s needs.

The City of Jersey City has placed a major emphasis on affordable housing. DOAH was created in October of 2019, dedicated to enforcing affordable housing requirements for new private development. Private developers seeking to build in redevelopment zones or with zoning variances must work with DOAH to create affordable units for the public.
